Santo Fire and EMS were dispatched to a two vehicle crash on US Hwy 281 north of FM 4 near Texas Hill Country Furniture. The two vehicle crash occured when a southbound Scion coupe rear ended a Honda sedan turning into the store's parking lot. Santo was assisted by Lipan VFD Emergency personnel who worked to free the female passenger in the Honda sedan.
CareFlite was called to transport the female passenger to the hospital. The driver of the Honda and the driver of the Scion did not require transport to the hospital.
